Jeevan Anand

This plan from LIC India is a combination of the Whole Life Plan and the most popular Endowment Assurance Plan. The Jeevan Anand plan provides the pre-decided Sum Assured and Bonuses at the end of the stipulated premium paying term, but the risk cover on the life continues till death.

Komal Jeevan

The Komal Jeevan plan is specially made for the children between age of 0 to 10 years. This paln guarantees a return @ 7.5 % p.a on Sum Assured. Premium payments are limited upto the 18 years of the child. Special Benefits can be added to the policy to ensure FINANCIAL SECURITY of your child even in your absence.

That was a valuable info but still very confused about the investments as new to all this. I have a property that would be selling out in a couple of months so was looking for some info on the Capital gain Bonds. Do these bonds add much value when it comes to save money on property sale?

LIC’s Jeevan Varsha is a close ended Money Back Plan with Guaranteed Additions . The plan provides for periodical payments of a proportion of Sum Assured at specified durations, on survival during the term of the policy and on maturity. The Plan provides for payment of Sum Assured on death. Guaranteed Additions are payable on death and Maturity.
